1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TruckMileage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This App is a record-keeping tool for independent drivers and fleet operators.

2. Subscriptions & Billing (Apple StoreKit)

The Reports Pro subscription provides premium features. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store Account Settings anytime.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policies.

3. AI Assistant & Estimations

Our AI Copilot and route tools provide estimates based on available data. They are not a substitute for professional navigation, legal advice, or official logbooks. Always verify calculations before submission.

4. Intellectual Property

The App’s code, design, and logic are the exclusive property of the developer. Reproduction or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for tax errors, payroll disputes, or legal fines resulting from incorrect data entry or software interruptions.

6. Standard Apple EULA

In addition to these terms, use of the App is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). View EULA.
